FANTASY HOCKEY FINAL RESULTS
Well, I made a strong push at the end, moving up a full point and a half on the leader on the final night, but in the end I finished in second place overall. Yes, I lost by half a point. I can't help but wonder what would have happened if I'd actually participated in the draft or played the first week (I kinda forgot). However, I did beat Bryan, who buried me last time, so that brings some joy.

GAME 1: SATURDAY AT 2PM, NBC
Apparently, Katy called to complain that she couldn't watch a game Friday night due to a wedding, so they moved it to Saturday for her. I'm sure that's what happened.
And what about the finish in the East? Was that fun or what? The Rangers just needed to win one of their last five games to take their title, but instead they lost all five and it finished up in dramatic fashion. After New York's final loss, the Flyers won to take the lead...but all eyes were on New Jersey, who were down 3-1. If the Devils won, they'd take the title...otherwise it was Philly's. So, the Devils make a huge comeback and win the game 4-3, with the game winner scored by a familiar face to Stars fans: Jamie Langenbrunner.
I know I'm getting way ahead of myself here, but can you imagine another Stars - Devils final, but with Arnott and Langerbrunner on their new sides? A fun story to watch for, but we have to get that far first. First, Colorado. 2pm Saturday. NBC. Be there.
